REGISTRATION INFORMATION

All conference participants, including presenters, must register for the conference. Registration fee includes all meetings, meeting refreshments and dinner buffets. (Please note: the Tuesday night dinner at the Hearthstone Restaurant is not included in the conference registration fee.)

Early registration fee: $400 per person (Before January 5, 2009)

Late registration fee: $450 per person (After January 5, 2009)

NO REFUNDS AFTER JANUARY 5, 2009
